FAQs
More FAQs- Is drying and curing the same thing?
- How often do I need to get the tile & grout at my commercial facility professionally cleaned?
- Will carpet cleaning be disruptive to my business?
No. Drying means that the surface layer is no longer wet or damp to the touch. Curing, on the other hand, means that urethane has reached its maximum hardness thereby providing the necessary protection of your flooring.
To keep the tile floors in your property looking their best, we recommend having them professionally cleaned every year, depending on the amount of traffic, soil and regular floor maintenance.
The team at ServiceMaster Clean of Ottawa will work with you to schedule a suitable time, typically after hours. In the event that it is unfeasible to clean the entire area in one visit, we will develop a customized program to clean your carpets in sections. Our technician will also inform you of estimated dry times needed.
